These are teams the Elite Four will use for trainers 1st time going the Elite Four or have not defeated the Champion after fighting the Elite Four.

The below teams are the Elite Four teams used against the champion and trainers that have defeated the champion for rematches if desired.
2 pokemon are chosen from the above teams for each member and the last 4 are randomly generated. The pokemon on the list are separate from the ones above[more or less a 2nd stronger one]
And if desired you can mix the randomly generated pokemon from the above list and below list into 1 team of 6 that belongs to you, and applies the below rule. But Note the pokemon used for the 1st time and the rematch will be different even if the same pokemon[more or less 2 of the same pokemon 1 for the first battle and 1 for rematch battles]
